The beat, the pulse and the temporal marking of the flow that leads the dance and the steps of practical activities, studies and meetings in a group life. The rhythm marks the time of action and contemplation, of giving and receiving, and of being sensitive to agreements that support the common good.
In our school, the rhythm has a schedule with moments of interaction with the group during work and studies, and others of stillness and recollection, providing balance, inner attunement, order, and harmony.
