The experience of this extended type of volunteering is at the heart of our purpose. This means the presence of people on campus, motivated and applied to deepen and care for their own spiritual development and, in doing so, support the development of everyoneliving and working together, as well as caring for Nature. It offers a conducive context for people of different generations and cultures who wish to withdraw from the external demands of the world and reside on campus, deepening their process of self-knowledge through the practice and studies of the 12 Principles that guide our University.
This is an immersive journey, initially of 3 months, where your potentials and talents will be revealed through group interaction, selfless service and experiences, studies and practices that favor the connection with your life’s purpose and the freedom to be who you really are.

An immersive journey, initially of 4 months, where your potentials and talents will be revealed in the context of living in group, through selfless service and the many experiences, studies and practices that favor the connection with your life purpose and freedom of being.
At some point in its trajectory on the planet, humanity began to perceive itself as something separate from the rest of the world. The unfolding of this worldview seems to be linked to the unbalanced way in which humanity relates to life, evidenced, for example, in the phenomena of environmental degradation and in human relations themselves.

The Essence: The"Living in Group" educational approach

Our educational approach is open, receptive, and free from dogmas as well as offered to all who seek to understand the unity of life, which transcends the learning of traditional educational institutions.

The subject matter is whatever emerges from paying attention to the present moment and our "classrooms" are manifested in the simple everyday activities such as cooking, planting, conducting a group activity, weaving, organizing spaces and washing dishes.

What transforms the making of these seemingly ordinary tasks into extraordinary practices is the inspiration to perform them inspired by the 12 Principles that guide the university, in a constant exercise of attention to the impermanence of life.

It is a collective experience where all experiences interconnect, offering participants infinite possibilities for self-knowledge and awareness of their interrelationship with the Whole.

Learning to live together, to be and act beyond oneself, revealing potentialities not yet known or imagined through the cultivation of universal principles in a practical, daily life: Meditation, Mindfulness, Silence, Loving Care, Altruistic Service, Rhythm, Ceremonial Order, Sustainable Communication, Sharing, Group Leadership, Simplicity and Care for Nature.

The journey is made up of 3 immersive cycles lasting 4 months in the first cycle, and 3 months in the others.
RECOGNITION CYCLE
04 MONTHS

A time of awakening in consciousness to expandself-knowledge and the meaning and experiencing of Selfless Service in the various classrooms of the campus.

The program includes group studies guided by principles, artistic works, workshops, body practices, among others; we give the proper support, so that each one can recognize their gifts and talents and serve freely.

An experienced team offers careful mentoring to support personal development.
DEVELOPMENT CYCLE
03 MONTHS

A time to develop the skills recognized in the first cycle, where the individualwill be trained in the Living in Group methodology, experiencing different ways of contributing to the integral development of the human being.

It is an opportunity to learn how to conduct collective studies and practices in line with the university's mission.

Prerequisite: to go through the full experience of the first cycle and be approved by the Volunteer Program coordination team.
MATURITY CYCLE
03 MONTHS

A time to integrate, mature and share the knowledge and tools experienced in the previous cycles.

If you wish, there is the possibility of your monitoring the Living in Group program, leading the activities, studies, practices, and experiences. You will also be able to promote "income generation" projects, mobilizing resources for the university and for yourself.

Prerequisite: to go through the full experience of this cycle and have been approved by the Volunteer Program coordination team.

Important:

The selection process assesses the profile of each interested party and their alignment with the purpose and mission of the three cycles.

The 2nd and 3rd cycles have the aforementioned prerequisites.
-
The sequence of three cycles may be done independently, without the need for a continuous commitment in time to the full journey.
Financial Responsibility
In order to sustain the participants on campus and carry out all the proposed programming, energy is needed in the form of natural, physical and human resources. The university is primarily responsible for almost all of this investment.
Volunteer apprentices make a complementary financial contribution, the aim of which is to make them co-responsible for sustaining their journey and for the continuity of the program. We invite each participant to choose between the amounts presented for each cycle of the program.
Our Accommodations and Facilities

Individual rooms and bathrooms, collective living spaces with the structure to accommodate all activities, laundry facilities, basic products for cleaning, personal hygiene items.

Full meals: 4 meals a day – ovo-lacto-vegetarian (includes eggs and dairy).

Rooms for workshops in general, body practices, audiovisual and artistic material and stationery for the activities

Team of professionals and infrastructure to carry out the entire selection and preparation process before the immersion begins

Coverage of all the costs involved in the participation of the invited Pedagogical Team: accommodation, meals and transportation

Complete immersion period led by a team of qualified professionals to offer mentoring activities

Includes all teaching materials and the work of the invited professionals needed to complement the theoretical and practical content of the experience

Participation in some of the coursesin the University yearly program, for personal improvement and growth.
