consciential care
Consciousness has no content. It is neither thought, nor perception, nor sensation, nor feeling, not even intuition. This leads to a fundamental difficulty: how can we refer to it (consciousness) using oral or written language, which are manifestations of thought?
We can only do this by using the attribute that defines consciousness as closely as possible, using language, but without entirely subjugating to it. We need to accept that any saying, no matter how precise, can never account for the ineffable.
However, by means of using mere words, we can say that consciousness is the same as becoming aware: Being aware of one’s own thoughts, sensations, intuitions and feelings. This may sound like what we usually call self-knowledge. Each individual level of consciousness arises from an infinite ocean of consciousness that is, according to many wisdom traditions, the source of all manifestation: God, Emptiness, Totality, Unity…
If we share the idea that self-knowledge is essential for the integral development of every human being, then traveling through these levels of consciousness, in the direction of their infinite source, is the primary task of whoever is in search of self-knowledge.
specificities of consciential counseling
The Council of Elders of Nazareth Uniluz (COAN) offers what we call Consciential Counseling, that is, the possibility for an individual or group to meet with members of this Council, involving loving care with any theme or subject that concerns an expansion or clarification in the realm of consciousness.
Meet the members of the Council of Elders who are available to establish dialogues with people seeking self-knowledge for their integral development as human beings:
“Mindfulness is the miracle by which our scattered mind can be called back, in an instant, and healthily restored, so that we can live every minute of life.”
– Thich Nhat Hanh
Mindfulness invites us to cultivate the skills to be in the present moment, observing ourselves, our relationship with others and with the Whole. This is like waking up to our innate ability to be in the present moment, recognizing everything as it is: remembering where we are, what we are doing and with whom.
In meditative practices for everyday life, it is possible to expand the skills and states of attention that we already bring with us in order to live in the present, with the present experience, just as it is, with openness, mental clarity, curiosity, acceptance, gentle awareness and without judgment. This enables us to have the discernment to respond with the best actions and choices to what life presents us with, and to realize that we are often inattentive, lost in memories of the past, anxious about what is going to happen, self-critical and judgmental and reacting with automatic patterns.
Therefore, in these meetings we will be experiencing mindful practices as a path to self-knowledge and expanded awareness, so that we can wake up to the significant instances of our daily lives, opening ourselves up to conscious perception and favoring the development of the lessons available at every moment.

This Mentoring is aimed at people who do not just want to achieve goals. These have to be accompanied by satisfaction, joy and happiness. This is what I call a life worth living; a life lived in abundance of all that is good. This is “walking in beauty”.
I advise people to start from the depths of their souls. I am not only interested in the current conditions of their lives. I am also very interested in the spiritual aspects of their lives, because it is from there that the life they want to live becomes a reality.
This work is especially aimed at people
– Who are in the process of change.
– Who can no longer stand the demands of a stressful life and want to take new flights in rewarding activities.
– Who are looking for help to achieve their dreams and give meaning to their life as a whole.
I have developed the ability to make quickly an accurate diagnosis of the things that are preventing people from pursuing their quests.
I offer all my experience on this journey to listen to their riches, adjust their attunements, inspire and encourage their changes.
The work takes place in weekly face-to-face sessions or remotely via the internet.
“In 1990 I turned my life around. My job as a business executive no longer brought me satisfaction. I went in search of things that money can’t buy: peace of mind, joy, fulfillment, rewarding relationships, the desire to serve and help other people.”
“It was a long job, [a] change that lasts to this day and will never end, which I think is very good. I’m driven by challenges and the biggest one of all was giving meaning to my own life.”
“Today I find satisfaction in what I do. My work has become very rewarding and I have become a much calmer, more patient and centered person, ready to help those who also want to make this journey and give a qualitative leap in their lives.”
“I did it and everyone can do it too.”
“I wish you success in everything you do in your life.”

It is a meeting of affinities between two or more people, in which dialogue, mindful listening, moments of silence or even didactic tools can take part. Each encounter is unique and can be repeated or not. The context is neither psychological nor therapeutic, but that of a realization that can serve to refine the awareness of what we really are. We can converge understandings, harmonize conflicts, broaden the dialogue with oneself, the vision and perception of oneself, discern possibilities, find paths, generate questions, generate answers; in short, broaden and awaken consciousness, due to the exchanges generated in the encounter itself.

These coaching meetings are aimed at individual or group work, the main objective of which is the search for oneself through an authentic and free desire to expand one’s consciousness.
Through loving listening and using clay as a supporting tool, the modeling will bring out unpretentious forms, but most of the time they show what lies in the depths of your being, even in your unconscious.
Among the many benefits of working with clay, we highlight the fact that it encourages the search for balance in forms, not only in terms of aesthetics, but also in life itself, thus rebalancing physical, emotional and mental health.
It is a form of active meditation that brings the apprentice closer to themselves and their potential. Working with clay from the earth, an element that is part of nature, contributes even more to each person finding their true essence, expressing the best of themselves through their creation, as well as getting even closer to their Creator.

These meetings can be face-to-face or online.
Our exchanges do not have a predetermined value, but it is important to make a quid pro quo, which we can agree at our first meeting. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
There are people who would like to expand their worldview, which also includes understanding themselves and their role in existence, if they could find someone to talk to outside the usual and “normal” patterns, as they do informally and uncompromisingly with friends, work colleagues and even in school environments. These are people who want something more, who want to evolve, to establish a “committed” dialog, through an intentional encounter with an interlocutor who is open to attentive listening and qualified discussion, seeking to answer the fundamental questions that swell up in their being, without having a specific space and time to do so.
I make myself available to meet these demands that arise in many individuals who are seeking a more comprehensive understanding of the meaning of existence and who wish to be in the world with greater awareness.
In these dialogues, we will evoke philosophy, art, science and spiritual traditions to bring light and peace into our existences.

conscious contribution
Our invitation is for you to make your contribution freely and consciously, from a place of abundance and prosperity as you value this experience.
What do you need to consider in order to making a conscious contribution?
A few questions might help you better understand it:
“How has this experience contributed to my life?”
“What financial value would be fair for the counselor/therapist who has dedicated himself/herself to the work offered?”
“What value can I actually contribute?”
Your participation is essential for Nazaré Uniluz to maintain this type of conscious contribution alive. Thank you very much in advance.
