cancellation policy
Can I cancel my registration for the course, retreat or experience?
Yes, as long as the cancellation request is made exclusively via e-mail to secretaria@nazareuniluz.org.br, and the following deadlines and conditions are observed:
- If the cancellation request is made within 7 (seven) days of the date of payment, Nazaré Universidade da Luz will refund the amount paid in full, in accordance with article 49 of Law 8.078/1990. Only the transfer fee of R$10.00 between banks will be deducted.
- CIf the cancellation request is made after this period and up to 48 (forty-eight) hours before the start of the course/retreat/living experience, Nazaré Universidade da Luz will refund 80% (eighty percent) of the amount paid. A percentage of 20% (twenty percent) of the amount paid will be withheld due to the administrative costs incurred by the institution when the registration is withdrawn.
- n cases where the request is made without this minimum notice, the enrollee does not show up or withdraws after the start of the course/retreat/living experience, the amount paid will not be refunded. After all, the place will be reserved and therefore cannot be made available to another participant, generating losses for the institution.
