It is neither thought, nor perception, nor sensation, nor feeling, not even intuition. This leads to a fundamental difficulty: how can we refer to it (consciousness) using oral or written language, which are manifestations of thought?<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-1e583f1 ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: var( --e-global-color-primary ); font-size: 1rem;\">We can only do this by using the attribute that defines consciousness as closely as possible, using language, but without entirely subjugating to it. This may sound like what we usually call self-knowledge. Each individual level of consciousness arises from an infinite ocean of consciousness that is, according to many wisdom traditions, the source of all manifestation: God, Emptiness, Totality, Unity\u2026 <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If we share the idea that self-knowledge is essential for the integral development of every human being, then traveling through these levels of consciousness, in the direction of their infinite source, is the primary task of whoever is in search of self-knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5891bb e-flex e-con-boxed e-con ourselves, our relationship with others and with the Whole. This is like waking up to our innate ability to be in the present moment, recognizing everything as it is: remembering where we are, what we are doing and with whom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In meditative practices for everyday life, it is possible to expand the skills and states of attention that we already bring with us in order to live in the present, with the present experience, just as it is, with openness, mental clarity, curiosity, acceptance, gentle awareness and without judgment. This enables us to have the discernment to respond with the best actions and choices to what life presents us with, and to realize that we are often inattentive, lost in memories of the past, anxious about what is going to happen, self-critical and judgmental and reacting with automatic patterns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Therefore, in these meetings we will be experiencing mindful practices as a path to self-knowledge and expanded awareness, so that we can wake up to the significant instances of our daily lives, opening ourselves up to conscious perception and favoring the development of the lessons available at every moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-8742\" aria-expanded=\"false\">BIOGRAPHY<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-8742\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-8742\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ana Fanelli is a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mindfulness<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mindful Eating<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> instructor. She has a degree in Transpersonal Psychology and works as a Transpersonal Therapist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In her journey of deepening her inner self and of nurturing her Being with values, she took the UNIPAZ Holistic Basic Training, a transformative journey of education and leadership for a Culture of Peace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">She was a resident at Nazareth University of Light, where she experienced the principles of mindfulness and meditative practices that favor the integral development of the Human Being.
